At lprs we never fail to recognise our employees contribution, while all the employee contribution is key to our growth but these select few have done exceptionally well, we distributed prizes for them in the presence of beloved HR Admin Rakesh R.H sir of TIEI.

A valuable employee who has taken an extra mile in getting the work done by working over time and being an example to others, constantly strives to improve himself over the tasks.
Our covid support - food distribution for every employee
We successfully distributed free food for all our employees all over Karnataka during the covid lockdown. This helped us in maintaining good relationship with our employees and we paid salaries for all the employees even though the companies were being shut.
Yearly Vacation - 2022
Took all of our employees to a yearly vacation , to places like Talakadu , Chickmanagluru ,and much more places.
Support towards financial goals - 2022
Supported employees with their financial dreams like buying a bike by providing loan to them, with monthly emi’s from LPRS.
Personal Trainings for the employees
Conducted personal training for the employees so that it helps them in their personal and professional careers.
NGO- work
We are always here to give back a bit to the society, we arrange regularly food for the NGO’s and our staff and employees give a visit and serve the food.
